Creating Conveniences amid COVID

Over the past few months COVID has challenged all of us in different ways, be it with our health, school schedules or work environment. Rather than focus on the inconveniences of the current environment, IMWC focused on taking advantage of new opportunities.

The I.M. Wealth Care website (www.imwealthcare.com) now has a “Login” tab in our website navigation.  The login page gives you access to the four different portals you may use as a client:  Account View to view your investment accounts, eMoney to see your comprehensive financial plan, Advice Pay to pay financial planning fees, and Mimecast to securely email us sensitive information.

Additionally, like many other businesses, we launched video conferencing via Zoom. This technology gives us the opportunity to connect with you to discuss your accounts, review reports, screen share, and “see” each other. This technology will remain an option for meetings and conversations even as we get back to welcoming you into our office again!

Lastly, LPL recently announced that an application for your mobile device has been launched as part of a beta feature of Account View 2.0.  Account View is the web portal that you log into to view your account balances, enroll in the “paperless” feature, and view statements and tax documents. If you are interested in being part of the beta Account View 2.0 or learning more about the mobile application for your device, please reach out to our office.  Or if you’re still receiving volumes of mailings from LPL or individual mutual fund companies, we would be happy to help you get set up for electronic rather than paper mailings.
